Founder & Principal Consultant
Troy Park is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Montane Protective Security and brings extensive experience across defence, government and commercial protective security environments.
Throughout his career, Troy has successfully led the implementation of nationally significant government initiatives and designed specialised security capabilities supporting complex operational environments. His expertise spans protective security, cyber and information security, intelligence and analytics, identity operations, personnel security and physical security programs.
Having operated within highly secure government and defence environments, Troy has significant experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of security outcomes within sensitive and high-risk operating contexts. His ability to translate strategic security requirements into practical, scalable solutions enables organisations to effectively understand threats, manage risk and build resilience.
Prior to establishing Montane Protective Security, Troy served for more than 20 years in the Australian Army, undertaking operational and leadership roles both within Australia and overseas. During his military career, he received multiple commendations in recognition of distinguished service and professional excellence.
Drawing upon both military and civilian experience, Troy provides clients with practical, threat-informed advice that supports the protection of people, information, assets and operations across a broad range of sectors.
